Pavel SYTAU is a seasoned leader and CEO of the “MEET-THE-NEED”. He is a detail-oriented, accurate, analytical mathematician with a deep understanding of computing techniques, algorithms, and mathematical theory. His primary goal is to contribute to the resolution of the company’s economic, engineering, and business problems. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in IT Software and has been working on his Master’s Degree in Computer Science.
Hanna SUPRANOVICH
Chief Operating Officer
Hanna SUPRANOVICH is a goal-oriented professional with Masters’s Degree and strong experience in administering recruiting, on-boarding, and other HR-related strategies. Her practical communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and time management skills help to be a great team player. By acting as a responsible Chief Operating Officer, she will be a successful manager for the “MEET-THE-NEED INSTANT SOLUTIONS INC.” start-up project.

Chief Technical Officer
Alisa PUSHNOVA is a hard-working and responsible software engineer with a flair for creating elegant solutions in the least amount of time. She is improving her skills in existing web-application architecture development, documenting software processes, including database schemas. Alisa is a great team player who is effectively collaborating with front-end developers. Currently, Alisa is pursuing a Degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering.
